Many people look for stability in external things. In work, money, relationships, place of residence, or plans for the future. It seems that if everything is organized and predictable, peace will finally appear. The problem is that life is constantly changing, and when one of these things stops being certain, chaos and fear appear.<\/p>\n
That is exactly why it is so difficult to feel stability for longer. If you build it only on what is external, you become dependent on circumstances that you do not always have influence over. One change is enough and the entire inner order begins to shake.<\/p>\n
True stability begins within. It does not mean that nothing difficult will happen to you or that you will always feel calm. It means that even when something changes, you are still able to return to yourself and regain balance.<\/p>\n
Inner stability is connected with a sense of safety in the body. If your nervous system is in constant tension, it will be very difficult for you to feel calm, even if everything looks good externally. That is why many people have a job, a relationship, and a home, and despite that they still feel fear and uncertainty.<\/p>\n
The second important element is the ability to regulate emotions. Stability is not about not feeling anything difficult. It is about being able to go through emotions without feeling that they overwhelm you and take the ground out from under your feet.<\/p>\n
Think about what you base your sense of security on. More on what you have around you, or on the relationship with yourself? What happens inside you when something slips out of control? Are you able to return to yourself, or does chaos appear immediately?<\/p>\n
It is exactly these inner foundations that allow you to go through changes without losing balance. When you build stability within yourself, external circumstances stop having such great power over your well-being.<\/p>\n
Stability is not something that you suddenly receive. It is a process of building a relationship with yourself, step by step. The more you learn to listen to your body, regulate your emotions, and trust yourself, the easier it is for you to feel that you have a place within yourself that you can always return to.<\/p>\n
