Many people have difficulty trusting themselves, even if they cope well in everyday life. Constant analyzing appears, asking others for their opinion and doubts when making decisions. Even when you feel something intuitively, the mind quickly begins to question it.<\/p>\n
Lack of trust in yourself very often results from earlier experiences. If in childhood or later relationships your decisions were criticized, mocked or questioned, you could gradually learn that it is better to trust others than yourself. With time, your own feelings begin to seem less important than the opinions of the environment.<\/p>\n
As a result, disconnection from intuition appears. Instead of listening to yourself, you begin to search for confirmation outside of yourself. You analyze, ask others, compare yourself and try to find \u201ccertainty\u201d that will make the decision safe. The problem is that such certainty practically never comes.<\/p>\n
When you do not trust yourself, every decision becomes a source of tension. Fear appears of making a mistake, of judgment or of choosing wrongly. That is exactly why so many people stay in one place despite the fact that internally they feel what they really want.<\/p>\n
Building trust in yourself does not mean suddenly stopping being afraid. It means gradually returning to your own feeling and checking what truly is yours. It is a process of learning yourself again.<\/p>\n
It is helpful to notice small moments in which intuition had already suggested something to you before. Maybe there were situations when you \u201cfelt\u201d that something was not for you, but you ignored it and later it turned out that you were right. Or maybe the opposite, you felt excitement and lightness, but fear stopped you.<\/p>\n
Your intuition does not shout. It is calm and subtle. That is why it is so difficult to hear it when the head is full of tension and analyzing. The more you return to the body, emotions and the present moment, the easier you begin to recognize your own voice.<\/p>\n
Trust in yourself is also built through action. Not through perfect preparation, but through taking small steps and noticing that you are able to handle things. Every decision made in alignment with yourself strengthens the sense of agency.<\/p>\n
It is a process that requires patience and gentleness toward yourself. You do not have to know everything right away. It is enough that you begin to ask yourself more and more often: \u201cWhat do I really feel?\u201d instead of immediately searching for answers outside of yourself.<\/p>\n
