Hi, I’m Basia. I created Your Way Up.
Your Way Up was created from the belief that there is no one right path to development, change, or happiness.
I'm Barbara Garuch – the author of the e-book series “Journey to Yourself” and the creator of Your Way Up. I write about getting to know yourself, emotions, relationships, change, and conscious development, but above all about looking for solutions tailored to the person, rather than the person to another “ideal” method.
I combine knowledge in the fields of coaching and psychology with many years of experience working with people and my own experience of change. I do not want to tell you how to live. I want to create knowledge and tools that will help you better understand yourself and consciously choose your own path.
Because your path doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s.
