My name is Barbara Garuch, and I am a guide in the process of self-discovery. I combine coaching experience, emotional awareness, and spiritual understanding to support women in coming back to themselves to peace, purpose, and inner power. I believe that each of us carries the strength to transform her life the moment she allows herself to truly hear her own voice.

By education, I am a manager; by heart, a companion in the process of change. I completed postgraduate studies in coaching with elements of psychology, and for over ten years I have been working with people as a trainer, training coordinator, and team leader. I have created development programs, led workshops, and supported others in discovering their potential. Today, I combine this experience with coaching guided by mindfulness, empathy, and deep respect for each person’s story.

In my coaching work, I focus on genuine connection. I don’t judge I listen. I don’t lead by the hand, but I walk beside you. I’m fascinated by the fact that every person has their own unique path, and coaching becomes the space where you can truly meet yourself.

I don’t confine myself to one specialization, because I believe that women’s personal growth takes many forms and each of them is valuable if it leads to inner harmony.
