Your Way Up was created from the belief that there is no single right path to growth, change, happiness, or success.

My name is Barbara Garuch. I am the author of the “Journey to Yourself” e-book series and the creator of Your Way Up – a space dedicated to getting to know yourself, conscious development, and finding your own way of living and changing.

For years, I have been interested in why we can know perfectly well what we “should” do and yet are not always able to translate that knowledge into everyday life. Why a solution that works very well for one person does not work at all for another. And why we so often try to adapt ourselves to methods instead of looking for methods that are suited to us.

I have a background in management and have completed postgraduate studies in coaching with elements of psychology. For many years, I worked with people as a trainer, training coordinator, and team leader. Above all, this experience taught me one thing: People are different. They have different stories, needs, capabilities, resources, and ways of functioning.

That is why, at Your Way Up, I do not want to tell you how to live. You will not find one formula here that is supposed to work for everyone. I create e-books, content, and tools designed to help you get to know yourself better, look at your situation from different perspectives, and consciously choose what truly works for you.

I am also still learning, changing, and searching for my own path. I do not have a perfect life or all the answers, and I do not want to pretend otherwise.

Because your path doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s.

And that is exactly what Your Way Up is about.
